Before you can take advantage of our wealth products and extensive offshore expertise, you must first apply to join Citi International Personal Bank, the offshore wealth management arm of Citi.

New to Citi International Personal Bank
If you are new to Citi International Personal Bank or an existing Citibank client who wants to manage your wealth offshore, you can apply for an account, or contact us for more information.
Existing Citi International Personal Bank client
You have already completed this application process. Speak to your Relationship Manager to find out how you can start managing your wealth offshore, or login to take advantage of your account.
It's important that you know this is not an online application process. You will be asked some qualifying questions before beginning the application, where you will find some documents you will need to print, complete and post back to us.
You may also need to gather a few personal documents in order to complete your application. Provided that the application has been correctly completed and all relevant supporting documents are in order we will let you know if your application has been successful within five working days.
We provide offshore wealth management expertise and products for those who want to invest outside of their country of residence.
