How to make a SEPA funds transfer

Have the following information to hand before requesting a transfer via your Relationship Manager:

• The Citi International Personal Bank account number you wish to transfer funds from.
• The amount in Euros you wish to transfer.
• The full name of the person or company you wish to pay and their bank account number
• The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the account to which you are transferring funds. You will need to ask the payee for this information.

Important information

As Jersey is outside the European Union, you can only use the SEPA funds transfer method to deposit money into your Euro accounts held there. You cannot use SEPA to make payments from your Euro accounts held in Jersey (but Citibank Global Transfers and SWIFT funds transfers are available).
