What is the free Tax Review?

The Tax Review is available to all new Jersey clients (if you live in the UK), once you have funded your account to US $100,000 (or currency equivalent).

You will get free access to a Deloitte adviser for one hour where they review your financial situation. The adviser will not give you tax advice there and then, but will tell you if there are areas of your finances that would benefit from more detailed tax planning, or whether a tax planning strategy would be right for you.

How does it work?

When you open a new account and fund it to the minimum balance you will receive a letter from Citi International Personal Bank inviting you to take advantage of your Tax Review. For Jersey clients, living in the UK, this will be free of charge.

You will receive a letter and questionnaire to fill in before your meeting which will ask you about your income and assets, residency and domiciliary position, any trusts you have, or inheritance tax planning you have already arranged. The idea is to give your Deloitte specialist as much information as possible at the meeting, which you can schedule at your convenience.
