Unfortunately, our CitiPhone team is currently impacted by the Covid-19 quarantine measures. As a result, we have made some changes to our helpline. Where possible we ask that you use our services online. This will allow our agents to focus on those clients who are in urgent situations and need support. We are working to try and restore normal Citiphone services as soon as we possibly can.

We strongly recommend that you use our online options to get remote access to our banking services 24/7. You can manage your accounts from the comfort of your home with Citi Online or the Citi Mobile® UK App. To register for Citi Online click here all you need is your Citi Debit Card with you and to enter your date of birth - view on step-by-step guide here.

With Citi Online you can:
  • View your account balance and recent transactions
  • Transfer up to £75,000 a day online
  • Manage your investments and trade stocks and bonds using our International Brokerage Service
  • Keep an eye on the currency market with FX Order Watch – set your own exchange rate so you make the trade you want, at the level you want

ATMs are available for cash withdrawals and checking your balance.
